Scribbling through History will take place between 23-25 September 2013, at Ertegun House, 37A St Giles, Oxford, OX1 3LD [map].

The registration fee for attendees is £50. It includes morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea on each day of the conference along with a drinks reception on 23 September.

Since the workshop has limited numbers, anyone wishing to attend needs to apply. Please send a statement explaining your interest to as soon as possible.


We have arranged for a number of rooms to be made available at Balliol College [map] between 23-25 September. These are located in the historic centre of Oxford, only a short walk from Ertegun House. Space is limited, so if you wish to reserve a place please contact the organisers at your earliest convenience. Those seeking  accommodation elsewhere may wish to consult the Oxford City Guide website, which provides a useful list of online booking facilities.
